Apart from our design services we undertake manufacturing runs that involve Procurement, Vendor Identification, PCB and Component Procurement, PCB Assembly, Enclosure Procurement, PCBA Level Testing, Integrated Testing, Maintaining Test Reports and Overall Trace-ability, Packing and Forwarding. Clients can select all or a partial suite of services from the above. We manufacture the products that are designed by our team or we undertake pure manufacturing and testing projects. Our infrastructure for supporting small volumes of PCB Assemblies all the way up to thousands of pieces per month ensure that our clients can get boards brought up and manufactured at the same location. Our design team can be made available for board bring up if needed on a resource basis. We can assemble Surface Mount (0603-TQFP-QFN) fine pitch components and through hole components that includes high power components, connectors, heatsinks and the like.
Box Build and Integrated Testing
We can create your entire product by working as you Manufacturing Partners. This involves all the PCB Assembly steps mentioned above and then procuring or manufacturing the enclosures as needed, creating box build, doing integration testing, manufacturing the custom branded packing material and shipping the units to customers so that they can directly send it to their end customers.
