Embedded hardware, firmware and On Premise / Cloud based software solution for a German Lighting Manufacturer. We were responsible for working with our client for the hardware design to enable connectivity to the lighting driver, create embedded software on the 32 bit ARM controller and create a Python application that is used to control multiple lighting controllers and get the real time feedback for energy parameters, sensors and faults.

We had taken this as a turnkey project to deliver the complete Embedded and On Premise Software that included

  1. Creating Ethernet Drivers, SPI and I2C drivers for the hardware interfaces,
  2. Developing an Embedded Webserver for the configuration of each card during manufacturing
  3. Interfacing multiple sensors to the controller card and reading the data from the sensors
  4. Creating application firmware
  5. Creating an on premise application for scalable monitoring of the lighting controller cards.
