What do we do?
We design and manufacture customized controllers for Machine Manufacturers. These controllers have dedicated electronics designed as per the project requirements. The benefit of using custom controllers over PLC is that the machine manufacturer can safeguard the Intellectual Property of a machine that they are manufacturing. We understand the customer requirements, design and manufacture a customized hardware design, embedded software design, and manufacture the initial prototypes all the way up to productions using our in-house setup
We provide custom enclosures (ABS or PLA Based Rapid Prototyped) by using our in-house Rapid Prototyping Machinery. Once the initial prototype is done we support the customers in the compliance process that includes and is not limited to CE, FCC, UL to name a few. Once compliances are in place we support volume manufacturing of the products and box build with functional testing.
